Years 1 - 6

Annually

Year 1: The time from hire date until review date.

Year 2: The previous academic year plus the two months of Year 2.

Year 3: The previous academic year. This review also includes statements about the faculty member’s progress toward promotion and/or tenure considering performance from hire date. 

Years 4, 5, and 6 (if not a promotion year): The previous academic year.

After Promotion or Year 6

Every three years

The three previous academic years.
