TWU Procedures and Guidelines for Faculty Periodic Performance Review (PPR)

The purpose of the Faculty Periodic Performance Review (PPR) is to document a faculty member's growth and achievements in teaching, scholarship, and service within their discipline, academic unit, university, and community. Each PPR submission includes a self-reflection and other materials that detail the quantity, quality, and significance of the faculty member’s accomplishments, as measured against the university and unit's criteria for performance reviews
