Faculty Career Programming

New Faculty Academy (NFA) is a year-long program designed to provide regular professional development activities designed to help new full-time faculty thrive in their new role.

The Third-Year Evaluation (3YE) faculty learning community is designed to support third-year tenure-track, clinical, and lecturer faculty who are preparing materials for review by their Peer Review Committees.

The MC² Program is designed to help mid-career faculty thrive by developing meaningful goals, plans, and relationships. Mid-career faculty are more than six years post tenure or have a similar duration of experience (e.g., at least 12 years as clinical faculty and senior lecturers) at TWU and are more than 10 years from retirement.
