Best Practices for Communicating with TWU Support

The more information you can provide, the better. When emailing, please provide:

• A Subject line (do not leave it blank)
• Full name and TWU 7-Digit ID
• Exact name of Assignment, Survey, Application, Time log, etc.
• Your Internet browser information (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• Description of the issue or error
• Provide screenshots or videos of the issue if possible.
