TWU English, Rhetoric and Spanish major Hannah Diaz is gaining experience for her future career as a librarian or archivist at the Denton County Office of History and Culture. Her internship objectives include synthesizing research to educate the public and learning how to handle and analyze archival and special collections materials. Her first blog post, "The IOOF Cemetery and Its Founders," chronicles the history of Denton's Independent Order of Odd Fellows cemetery, established in 1860.
