Fall 2024
April
- 16 – Early Registration Begins
June
- 15 – Dual Credit Fall Application and Scholarship Deadline
August
- 20 – Early Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. and the Payment Deadline is 6:00 p.m.
- 21-23 – Regular Registration Period
- 23 – Regular Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. and the Payment Deadline is 6:00 p.m.
- 23 – Last day to withdraw and receive a full refund
- 26 – First day of classes
- 26 – Late Registration Period Opens at 10:00 a.m.
- 29 – Late Registration closes at 5:00 pm and the Payment Deadline is 6:00 p.m.
Note: $50 late fee will be assessed during late registration - 30 – Last day to withdraw from the University and receive 80% of the refundable amount of tuition
September
- 9 – Last day to withdraw from the University and receive 70% of the refundable amount of tuition
- 11 – Last day to drop a class, but not withdraw from the University
- 11 – Last day to drop without the class appearing on the transcript
- 16 – Last day to withdraw from the University and receive 50% of the refundable amount of tuition
- 23 – Last day to withdraw from the University and receive 25% of the refundable amount of tuition
- 27 – Last day to drop or withdraw from the University, No refund
November
- 19 – Spring 2025 Early Registration Opens
December
- 6 – Last day of classes for Fall 2024
- 15 – Dual Credit Spring Application and Scholarship deadline
- 16 – Final grades due, 5:00 p.m.
* If a student needs to drop a class, you will need to fill out TWU’s ADD/DROP Form and have your high school teacher sign it and email it to dualcredit1@twu.edu on or before the deadlines above. More detailed dates are found on the Academic Calendar.
