TWU joins AWS Academy to supplement computer science

July 26, 2022 – DENTON - Texas Woman's University has joined AWS Academy, Amazon Web Service's online training and certification courses in a variety of computing skills.

AWS Academy will be housed in the College of Arts and Sciences and will support TWU undergraduate students in the computer science program.

AWS works with higher-education institutions to equip students with skills needed to get hired in the computer industry. The program is free to participating schools.
