PopeBiography
Dr. Jeffrey Pope is a highly skilled periodontist with extensive training in periodontics, implant dentistry, and minimally invasive surgery. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in 2005, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2009. Dr. Pope further advanced his expertise with a Master of Science in Oral Biology and a Certificate in Periodontics, both from Baylor College of Dentistry, completed in 2012.
Dr. Pope is board-certified by the American Board of Periodontology, a distinction that underscores his commitment to excellence in the field. In addition to maintaining a private practice focused on periodontics, implant dentistry, and minimally invasive surgical techniques, he serves as an adjunct clinical professor at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. There, he teaches post-doctoral residents advanced procedures such as implant placement and bone augmentation.
An active contributor to the field of periodontics, Dr. Pope has authored and co-authored numerous publications in leading periodontal, dental hygiene, and general dental journals. His research and clinical insights continue to shape best practices in the field.
