Tiffany Maybank, MBA, PMP, is the Director of Contract Operations for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen operations, improve organizational performance, and support services that impact communities across Texas. With more than 20 years of public service experience, Tiffany has held leadership roles across multiple state agencies, building expertise in project management, contract oversight, organizational development, and operational excellence.

Tiffany earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Southern Methodist University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional. She is passionate about developing future leaders and empowering women to pursue careers in public service with confidence and purpose.
