Through her global consulting & coaching career, Neeru has partnered with clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. Her experience both enables and evidences her unique perspective on local cultures and global multinational success. She is a recognized expert in building innovation ecosystems and building multicultural teams and business collaborations. She has lived and worked in 7 countries and across industries, including Fortune 500 Companies, Governments, Civic sector organizations, Universities, and Foundations. Neeru’s consulting career included PwC and E&Y, as well as a boutique innovation consulting firm, where she supported global multinationals, local governments, and foundations to develop impactful and innovative strategies for sustainable growth. She was instrumental in launching a business incubator, a nationwide course on innovation, and conceptualizing a seed investment fund.

She is passionate about creating social change through her work globally.  She is also an Adjunct Professor of Innovation & Entrepreneurship and teaches Executive MBA students Global Culture, Adaptive Leadership, and Corporate Innovation at top 40 International Business Schools. Neeru holds an MBA with Distinction from UK, MS in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from USA, and is a Certified Professional Executive Coach with Certifications from Coaches Training Institute, HOGAN, Leadership Circle, and the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
