Kelly R Hall

Kelly R Hall

Kelly Hall is a strategist, advisor, and former chief executive who helps leaders and organizations navigate change with clarity, discipline, and purpose. After more than three decades leading chambers of commerce and multi-entity organizations across Texas and Oklahoma, Kelly is entering her next chapter focused on advising executives, boards, and communities on how to move from vision to action. Her work centers on foresight, governance, and execution, helping leaders anticipate what is ahead, align around what matters, and make decisions that hold over time.

Kelly most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Longview Chamber of Commerce, where she led strategy, advocacy, and regional alignment across a complex organization. During her tenure, the organization earned national recognition, including Chamber of the Year, and maintained 5-Star Accreditation through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Kelly has been actively engaged at the national level through her work with the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, serving on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and contributing to the industry's future direction. She also serves as faculty for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she teaches and mentors leaders from across the country.

In this next chapter, Kelly works with organizations that are ready to think differently about leadership and direction. She helps boards and executive teams slow down enough to see clearly, focus on what matters most, and move forward with confidence. Her approach is practical and grounded, shaped by years of leading through both growth and uncertainty.

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from LeTourneau University and earned the Certified Chamber Executive designation. She is also certified in Strategic Foresight through the University of Houston.
