Edwards to lead Kenyan research panel

Joan Edwards, PhD, by invitation of Mary Nandili, PhD, director of nursing for the Kenya Ministry of Health, is leading a Kenya Research Advisory Panel to assess, prioritize and develop a research plan for the nursing profession in the country of Kenya (2019-20).

Work began June 2019, with anticipated completion in Summer 2020. Interviewing of stakeholders will take place via surveys, key informant interviews and focus groups throughout the last four months of 2019.
