Diana Saadeh-Jajeh is a seasoned Fortune 500 CFO with over 30 years of distinguished leadership and operational expertise. She excels in preparing startups for IPOs, scaling global companies, nurturing emerging leaders, and driving digital and organizational transformation. Diana's career spans diverse industries, including consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, and technology, across both public and private sectors with revenues ranging from $10 million to $20 billion. Most recently, Diana was the CFO and COO at Ryvid, Inc., a private electric micro-mobility startup. Before joining Ryvid, Diana was the CFO at GameStop (GME), where she spearheaded global transformations across finance, accounting, tax, treasury, real estate, and internal controls. Prior to GameStop, she served as VP of Global Finance Operations at JUUL Labs, leading market expansion into 17 European countries and establishing a shared service center in Poland. Earlier in her career, Diana refined her expertise at PwC and as a finance executive with esteemed companies such as e.l.f.
