Daisy Brand Undergraduate Research Grant
Applications are due May 5, 2025, for the Daisy Brand Undergraduate Research Grant Program FY 2025. Awards up to $6,500 for summer grants, $8,500 for semester (fall) grants, and $12,500 for combined summer and fall grants may be awarded to eligible undergraduate students. Undergraduate students in Nutrition and Food Sciences (including Food Science, FNBI, Culinary, and Nutrition) and Divisions of Biology, Chemistry, and Biochemistry are eligible to apply for this funding.
This grant aims to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that immerses undergraduate students in experiential learning, fundamental lab skills, critical problem-solving, and innovative research. By fostering curiosity, hands-on learning, and interdisciplinary collaboration, it empowers students to engage in scholarly inquiry, apply knowledge to real-world challenges, and develop as lifelong learners and future leaders in industry, academia, and society.
