Payment to Individuals for Services

Generally, the agreement template approved by purchasing and a purchase order must be signed and in place prior to services being performed by individuals. These services may include services such as review of manuscripts or proposals, statistical services, or professional services to collaborate on research projects. This process may be used for non-TWU staff, faculty members or students (TWU individuals will be paid using payroll processes). Payment will be made after services have been rendered. The individual needs to first register as a supplier in Oracle Cloud to provide banking and tax information. Contact ORSP for assistance with paying individuals on grant accounts.
