Individual Compensation Payments (ICPs)

Individual Compensation Payments, also known as task payments, are typically used to make a one-time payment to employees for work performed outside their regular appointment.  After the work is completed, an ICP must be entered and processed through Oracle Cloud. If the work is being paid on an hourly basis, a timesheet must be attached to this form. 

ICP payments are added to the employee’s regular paycheck, not paid separately.
