College of Nursing assists flu shot clinic

DENTON - In a partnership with TWU Student Health Services, the College of Nursing provided a free flu shot clinic in November.

Qualified nursing students and SHS health care personnel administered vaccinations by appointment on the Denton campus November 2-6.

"This is a great opportunity for TWU," said Tanisha Freeman, associate director of Student Health Services.

Both the College of Nursing and Student Health Services saw the free flu shot clinic as part of an ongoing effort to provide services that help keep the TWU community safe and healthy.
