U.S. News ranks TWU online programs in education, business among nation’s best
Feb. 7, 2024 — DENTON — U.S. News & World Report has recognized master’s online programs in education and bachelor’s online programs in business at Texas Woman’s University as being among the nation’s best.
The recognition was announced this week in the publication’s 2024 “Best Online Programs” edition, which offers rankings in a variety of academic categories. U.S. News considers several factors in its rankings, such as student engagement, faculty training and credentials, expert opinions and support services and technology.
The online master’s programs in education at Texas Woman’s were ranked in the top one-third of all university online graduate education programs in the country, while the online undergraduate business programs at TWU were ranked among the top half of similar programs in the country.
Other TWU programs that were recognized by the publication as among the best in the country were the online master’s in nursing, online MBA and online bachelor’s programs.
For its 2024 edition, the publication assessed more than 1,800 online degree programs.
