Center for Women in Business to host Disney Institute summit in January
Nov. 15, 2018 - DENTON - Discover how leadership drives an organization's culture through intentional communication of shared values and visions at Disney Institute’s two-day summit hosted by Texas Woman’s University’s Center for Women in Business. On Thursday and Friday, Jan. 10 and 11, 2019, participants will explore how to adapt Disney philosophies to their organizations, creating the kind of leadership that generates results. In addition, participants will explore how to adapt training strategies that ensure employees are confident in their roles.
The summit, to be held at the Embassy Suites Denton Convention Center, will give participants the chance to explore how corporate culture insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide can provide relevant illustrations and engaging stories to help organizations deliver the type of long-term results.
Early-bird registration is $625. After Jan. 4, registration will be $675. Registration includes:
- Two Disney Institute course specific participant guides (one for each day)
- Buffet breakfast and lunch
- All day beverages and afternoon snacks
- Wi-Fi
- Parking, and
- Two personalized course-specific Disney Institute certificates (one for each day)
Attendees also have the option of signing up for 18 CPE credits from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
