TWU to host first annual Art Day Oct. 25

Oct. 10, 2019 – DENTON— Texas Woman’s University will host its first annual Art Day Friday, Oct. 25 on TWU’s Denton campus. High school students, transfer students and art educators are invited to participate in this free, daylong event.

Students will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on fine art, drawing, illustration and graphic design workshops. Teachers will take part in a digital fabrication workshop as well as professional development and networking opportunities. Attendees also will tour the facilities and view presentations from current art majors.
