Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre

TWU is proud to announce our new Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre degree!

TWU Musical Theatre is excited to open our season with workshop production performances of Out of the Blue, a new musical by the Emmy® Award winning creative team of Mark Mazzarella (Writer) and Sean Pallatroni (Composer/Lyricist). 

Out of the Blue is a remarkable and inspiring story of a seventeen year old girl named Sienna who is losing her eyesight to disease during her senior year. As an aspiring art student her dream of getting into her top choice art school is now all but a dream with her impending diagnosis. With the help of her two best friends and an unlikely volunteer tutor, Sienna finds the power to break through the darkness and hardships to fulfill her vision of attending college and a future life as an artist.

Performances: Saturday, November 2 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Margo Jones Performance Hall, Texas Woman's University Music Building

Ticket Information:  $10 general admission, $5 for students/seniors, Free for children under 12. Tickets available online.
