Be aware that we reserve the right to make final decisions based on resources, availability and set-up times. You can also access the form directly through this Google Forms Link.

When is the latest I can submit my technical request form?

Two (2) weeks prior to your event, please do not assume that exceptions can be made. The earlier we know about your needs the better we can prepare for it.

Which events get to schedule tech rehearsals in the hall?

Concerts and events with extensive or complicated tech needs will need a tech/dress rehearsal with staff present. Concerts with simple preset lighting and a few announce mics can schedule a dress rehearsal without needing the technical staff present. Make sure you meet with the Technical Director so that you know what to do once you're in the hall.

Can you record and/or livestream my concert?

This depends on your concert classification. Head over to the Policies page to find out what is covered.
