Conference Rooms
Denton Conference Rooms Policy
The Denton campus library has two identical conference rooms, located on the third floor. The rooms feature a big screen TV, a Windows 10 computer, a webcam, a Solstice pod for connecting your wireless devices to the TV, and a Lifesize video conferencing unit. The rooms comfortably seat ten people. Rooms 308 and 322 do not have phones or active phone lines; services such as Qwest conference calls using a phone line are not possible in these rooms. You can still use a personal cell phone, however.
Primary Purpose
The purpose of these conference rooms is to provide a place for library instruction, campus meetings, and dissertation defenses for the students, faculty, and staff of TWU. The rooms are available for reservation during normal library hours of operation.
