Taylor Brakefield, Founder and CEO of Pros PM

Taylor Brakefield is the founder and CEO of Pros PM, a Texas-based, family-run property management company overseeing more than $500 million in residential and commercial assets. Under her leadership, Pros PM has become a respected name in the industry, known for delivering exceptional service and fostering community-first housing solutions.

A passionate advocate for women in leadership, Taylor is committed to using her voice and platform to create greater access, equity, and opportunity across both the business and nonprofit sectors. She serves as Advocacy Chair for the North Texas Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is a member of the Foundation’s National Volunteer Leadership Council, helping shape national strategy for those living with chronic illness.

Deeply rooted in the Denton community, Taylor also serves on the Board of Directors for the Denton Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Denton Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ), and is parliamentarian for the Sam Houston Elementary PTA. She is a proud member of the Denton Benefit League, and an active supporter of both the United Way of Denton County and the Children’s Advocacy Center for North Texas—organizations aligned with her belief in building safer, healthier communities for all families.

Through every role she holds, Taylor remains dedicated to mentoring women, elevating underserved voices, and championing meaningful civic impact across Texas.
