Our one-day event brings together women from diverse backgrounds in public administration, elected office, and government service. Our goal is to create an encouraging atmosphere where women can thrive in careers in public service, elected positions, appointed roles, and advocacy.

This year, we’re focusing on the importance of building public trust in government through ethical practices. Through engaging sessions and discussions, attendees will learn about handling ethical dilemmas, crisis communication, and promoting ethical engagement.

Topics include ethical leadership, following a Code of Ethics, and recovering from ethical breaches while maintaining public trust, including the role of journalism in Texas government.
