Student Challenge Pathway

For TWU Students

Participate through the myTWU Spring Wellness Challenge Pathway. Complete weekly activities, check-ins, and mini-goals that align with TWU's five wellbeing themes.

Student Instructions

  1. Log in to myTWU.
  2. Open the Spring Wellness Challenge pathway.
  3. Complete weekly activities (move, eat, mind, spend, build).
  4. Track completion using the built-in checklist each week.
  5. Submit the weekly reflection required for completion.
  6. Earn credit toward the Wellbeing Society or other co-curricular goals (if applicable).

What Students Can Expect Each Week:

  • A simple weekly challenge (ex: gratitude practice, hydration goal, financial planning tip, movement prompt).
  • A community highlight or student resource spotlight.
  • Optional bonus activities for those wanting extra engagement.
