U.S. Bank Frequently Asked Questions

How do I activate my new U.S. Bank Card?

Activate Your TWU U.S. Bank Card

We recommend activating online.  If activating by phone, you will need an Activation Code.  Your Activation Code is:

  • The last 4 digits of your Person Number
  • Find your Person Number in Oracle Cloud: Me, then My Activity Center
  • If your Person Number is less than 4 digits, add 0’s at the start. For example, Person Number of ‘123’ Activation Code would be ‘0123’
  • If your Person Number is more than 5 digits, only use the last 4 digits.  For example, Person Number of '12345' Activation Code would be '2345'

When can I use my new U.S. Bank Card?

Once you receive and activate your U.S. Bank Card, you may begin using it immediately.  Please note that if you are using a PCard and you have used your Citibank Card for the statement period, you will have a second statement for your U.S. Bank Card.

For example, you used your Citibank PCard to make a purchase on October 10th and then used your U.S. Bank Card to make a purchase on October 20th.  You will have two statements for the statement period of 10/04 - 11/03 and both will need to be reconciled, approved, and submitted in Concur.

When should I stop using my current Citibank Card?

You should stop using your Citibank Card as soon as your U.S. Bank Card is issued and activated.  Please make sure to update all websites where your Citibank information is stored to the new U.S. Bank Card information.

For travel that is already booked on the Citibank Card, please update any hotel reservations to the U.S. Bank Card.  Transactions that are already complete (airfare or registrations) do not require an update.

Your U.S. Bank PCard will be automatically assigned to you in Concur.  To add your U.S. Bank Travel Card in Concur - How to Add Your Travel Card in Concur
