Biography

William Sit, OT, PhD, BCPR, is a practicing occupational therapist and  clinical professor in Dallas, Texas. He received a board certification in physical rehabilitation since 2020, with extensive clinical experience in neurologic rehabilitation in a variety of settings ranging from acute rehabilitation to outpatient and home health settings. He is certified in Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT), clinical educating, Kinesotaping, Interactive metronome, Arnadottir OT-ADL Neurobehavioral Evaluation (A-ONE), LSVT BIG for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, and other movement disorders. William has been a practicing occupational therapist using evidence-based and clinically relevant interventions for adults with a variety of neurologic diagnoses for more than 30 years. In 2020, he was awarded “OT of the Year” in the state of Texas. In 2021 he also won the nomination to represent all of Texas in the Representative Assembly of the American Occupational Therapy Association and Outstanding Faulty Redbud Award. In 2022, he was selected as a winner of the TOTA 2022 Roster of Merit Award.

Biography
