Biography

Christina Bickley, PT, PhD, BOCO, NDT is a physical therapist and certified orthotist. In addition, she is a certified pediatric NDT therapist and motion analysis expert. As an Associate Professor in the College of Health Sciences, Dr. Bickley serves as the Research Director and Motion Analysis Coordinator for Houston’s School of Physical Therapy. She also serves as one of the Houston co-leads for the University’s Interprofessional Education (IPE) steering community and as a faculty advisor to the Interprofessional Intercampus Student Organization. Dr. Bickley’s research focus is on the utilization of plantar pressure mapping and Center of Pressure analysis to advance our knowledge of gait, balance, upright stability and function.
