Off-Campus Instruction

The University offers off-campus courses for students who are unable to commute to any of the University's campuses. The University is required to file each spring an annual plan for off-campus instruction with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Only those courses officially approved in advance by the Coordinating Board may be offered at off-campus sites. All courses proposed to be offered off-campus must be approved internally through the appropriate channels to the Director of Teaching and Learning with Technology who will gain additional internal approvals and then follow the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board procedures for final approval.
