El Paso Dual Enrollment Dental Hygiene
Suggested Pre-Entry Curriculum
Fall 2024
Total hours for degree 120 hours. Up to 90 hours transferred from the AAS institution.
TWU: 30 hours must be taken at TWU. If a student enters into Dual Enrollment and is already core complete electives will need to be chosen and completed at TWU to achieve the 30 hours at TWU. This will vary per student. See TWU Catalog and TWU advisor to assist with current core options.
- English I and English II should be completed prior to taking TWU courses.
- *GOVT 2305 or TWU POLS 2013 prerequisite prerequisite for DH 4533 Oral Health Worldview
- **MATH 1342 or TWU MATH 1703 prerequisite for DH 4713 Applied Dental Hygiene Research
- 1TWU may substitute DH 3303 Process of Care for the RDH for this course if needed.
Degree conferred in Spring of last year if all requirements are met.
