My first video message

Dear Texas Woman’s Community,

I hope this message finds you well.

Several members of the faculty and staff have asked me to supplement my email notes with video messages to the university community. While a bit longer than I envisioned, I hope you will indulge me with this first one.

Texas Woman’s is a people-first organization. The faculty and staff are our greatest resource, and our students are our raison d’être—a message that I hope rings true in my video message.

I know how your—faculty, staff, and administrators—workload has increased significantly. Many of you have had to multiply the delivery modalities of your teaching, programming, and services to accommodate various needs. I appreciate, more than you know, what you are doing for our students and for helping move our university through challenges.

Thank you again for your engagement in our shared mission and vision. I wish you all the best for a rejuvenating weekend!

With a pioneering spirit,

Carine M. Feyten, Ph.D.
Chancellor and President
