Lee Woodward
Woodward is the city secretary and PIO for the City of La Porte, Texas. With more than 15 years in local government, she is a frequent instructor on Texas local elections, open government, records and information management, and parliamentary procedure. A graduate of Texas A&M and Johns Hopkins University, Woodward is a past president of the Texas Municipal Clerks Association (TMCA) and the Electronic Association of Parliamentarians. She is a Texas registered municipal clerk, IIMC master municipal clerk, professional registered parliamentarian, and ICRM certified records manager and is a graduate of the Texas Certified Public Manager, Texas Women Leading Government Texas Women's Leadership Institute, and TCU Certified Public Communicator programs.
