Jesica McEachern

Jesica McEachern is a senior public-sector executive with more than 20 years of experience leading organizations of varying scale, from small municipalities to one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. She currently serves as Assistant City Manager for the City of Fort Worth, the 10th largest city in the U.S., with oversight of multiple departments, nearly 2,000 employees, and more than $1.8 billion in combined operating and capital budgets.

Her background includes service as a City Manager and City Secretary in a smaller municipality, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of governance, public accountability, and day-to-day municipal operations.
