Jamie McWright
Jamie McWright is President of the Associated Republicans of Texas (ART), where she leads one of the state’s most influential Republican organizations. A respected thought leader in Texas politics, Jamie brings decades of experience and strategic insight to one of the most complex and dynamic political landscapes in the nation.
Under her leadership, ART has raised almost $50 million dollars and supported hundreds of Republican candidates running for the Texas Legislature. Prior to ART, Jamie spent over a decade in Washington, D.C., serving on the staff of U.S. Senator John Cornyn in policy, political, and leadership roles — including as Whip Liaison during his time as Republican Whip.
Originally from West Texas, Jamie holds degrees from Texas A&M University and the University of Houston and currently resides in Austin.
