Caitlan Biggs

Caitlan Biggs currently serves as the director of administrative services for the Town of Little Elm, Texas. Biggs has served in local government for more than 10 years and has been with Little Elm for almost seven years. She oversees finance, municipal court, culture and community engagement, strategic planning, and serves as the town secretary.

Biggs is a past president of the Urban Management Assistants of North Texas and is serving on the Texas City Management Association (TCMA) ethics committee, and is an active member of the North Texas City Management Association (NTCMA) and ICMA. She is a certified government finance officer and a Texas registered municipal clerk. She is also a graduate of the Texas Women’s Leadership Institute Alpha class and the recipient of the 2023 Assistant of the Year award from TCMA.

Biggs and her husband Andy have two children: August and Ava. Fun fact: Caitlan and Andy met at a council meeting when they both worked for the same town.
