Since 2018, Angelita has served as a consultant, coach, and former college professor, she has brought her expertise to campuses and boardrooms across Texas, Louisiana, and Oregon, serving both public institutions and private enterprises. As a fractional HR executive, she has become the go-to advisor for organizations seeking to build healthier, high-performing workplaces that actually work—for everyone.
As a native of East Texas, Angelita holds a B.S. in Human Resources from East Texas A&M University and an MBA in Management from East Texas Baptist University. Her educational journey is matched by her deep spiritual calling—she is a licensed minister and a true servant leader whose faith informs her mission: to help people live their best, most purpose-driven lives.
Angelita is also the visionary Founder of the George Washington Carver Community Center and Business Incubator, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in legacy and driven by opportunity. Through this initiative, she is cultivating a new generation of entrepreneurs and community builders—and she’s always seeking partners who share her passion for impact.
