Allison Bush
Allison Marie Bush is a results-driven leader with more than 25 years of experience in education, marketing, fundraising, and strategic campaign management across Texas. A graduate of the LBJ Women’s Campaign School (Cohort 6) at UT Austin and a candidate for the Texas State Board of Education, District 5, Allison brings a deep commitment to strengthening public education and empowering communities.
As Election Coordinator for Gallagher, a Cumming Group company, she has managed numerous school district and municipal bond campaigns—achieving an impressive 81% success rate. Her expertise in voter engagement, coalition-building, and strategic planning has helped districts secure historic wins and build trust with their communities.
Allison previously served as Executive Director of the Pflugerville ISD Education Foundation and as Partnerships Coordinator at Bastrop ISD, where she led efforts to expand resources for students, elevate educator support, and forge lasting community partnerships.
Outside her professional role, she advises education foundations across Texas, volunteers as a TEA surrogate parent for special needs foster children, and mentors young professionals. Above all, Allison is most proud of being a devoted mother to her son—a role that grounds her work and fuels her passion for service.
