April 5, 2023 — DENTON —  Texas Woman’s dual-degree program for an MBA and Master of Healthcare Administration has been recognized as tops in the nation for 2023, according to Intelligent.com, a privately supported website that ranks higher education institutions.

The website, which released rankings this week for its Best Master’s in Healthcare Administration list, reviewed 334 master’s in healthcare administration degrees across the country, evaluating each program on flexibility, faculty, course rigor, cost and reputation.

Evaluators used a mix of sources, such as accrediting agencies, rankings from other publications, and data reported to government agencies to determine rankings. The website’s methodology can be viewed here.

Texas Woman’s MBA/MHA degree, delivered in person or through a hybrid format, received the publication’s highest indexed score and had among the lowest per-credit costs.

The website noted the median annual wage for healthcare administrators was $100,980 in 2019 and estimated the country’s demand for such administrators would grow by 32% over the next decade.
