Owl’s Nest Peer Mentoring

The Merrilee Alexander Kick College of Business and Entrepreneurship Owl’s Nest Peer Mentoring program connects highly engaged and high-performing students with a select group of incoming first-year College of Business freshmen.

This program aims to guide these new students toward a successful collegiate experience. By focusing on improving engagement and exemplifying the day-to-day life of a College of Business student, the Owl’s Nest Peer Mentoring program strives to ensure that students feel included and celebrated during their time on campus.

Mentors and mentees can expect to:

  • Build lifelong friendships and engaging experiences
  • Guide each other on paths to successfully completing their degrees
  • Increase engagement and involvement in the Merrilee Alexander Kick College of Business and Entrepreneurship and TWU
  • Participate in exclusive Owl’s Nest events
  • Positively impact the campus and community

Many of our mentors and mentees are active members of College of Business student organizations, such as the TWU chapter of the American Marketing Association, the Accounting & Finance Society, and several others!
