Annual Giving

Annual Giving provides immediate funding to support scholarships, programming, faculty support and more. Annual Giving is the core of Texas Woman’s philanthropy and brings together a community of advocates in support of our university mission.

Annual gifts in support of Texas Woman's will:

  • Provide prospective students the opportunity to overcome financial obstacles when considering the Texas Woman’s
  • Support our most diverse student body ever while creating a more dynamic community of future leaders who will enhance the TWU experience
  • Provide opportunities for learning and discovery and enable the future of Texas Woman’s to shine bright down the path of innovation

Chancellor's Circle

The Chancellor’s Circle represents a select group of extraordinary donors, united in one purpose—the continued success of TWU. Support through the Chancellor's Circle provides crucial resources for diverse programming, service-learning opportunities, scholarships and emergency aid to students in need. Every year, each member makes a contribution of $1,500 or more to the Chancellor’s Circle Fund.

Annual Scholarships

A scholarship opportunity is the deciding factor for many students as they choose to continue their education or enroll in college for the first time. Scholarships are vital to Texas Woman’s with 72% of students receiving some form of federal, state or scholarship aid. Annual scholarship gifts from individuals, corporations and civic groups work to fill the financial aid gap and can start at $1,000.

Redbud Society

The TWU Redbud Society recognizes loyal members of the Pioneer family for their dedicated support to the university. Thanks to their generosity, we have the resources to fund a wide range of programs, student scholarships and groundbreaking research. Donors become eligible for society membership after they have made a gift to TWU for two consecutive years.

Faculty & Staff Giving

TWU employees are one of the university’s greatest resources. Employees can extend contributions to include philanthropy by making a one-time donation or by establishing a payroll deduction to support any area of the university. Giving back directly to Texas Woman’s ensures 100% of the gift makes an impact.

Support by College

Texas Woman’s colleges and programs are at the heart of the university's commitment to providing a quality education. Each college offers a transformational education with research and outreach opportunities. Gifts from alumni and friends to one of the five TWU colleges make our ongoing success possible.
