Mrs. Kearney allowed her students to see mistakes as opportunities of learning. Knowing she wouldn’t be there to help her students, she guided them to answers by asking ‘why,’ to promote lifelong learning and curiosity. Mrs.  Kearney built a foundation of skills that allowed her students to think critically and help themselves in their career.
