Best Practices for Communicating with Client Support
The more information you can provide, the better. When emailing, please provide:
- The name of the institution and the URL: Texas Woman’s University (www.twu.edu)
- Full name and PID of user(s) experiencing the issue
- Exact name of Assignment, Survey, Binder, etc.
- Expected action and actual result
- Your Internet browser information or the browser information for the user experiencing the issue
- Provide screen shots or videos of the issue if possible
