 Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our Campus Store.

How can I purchase items online?

You can go to and make purchases online.

How will the Campus Store handle merchandise and book returns?

Students can return merchandise via mail. Instructions for book rental returns will be provided through emails that will go out near the end of the Spring semester.

Can I call and ask a question?

Please visit the Campus Store during the hours of operations below or contact the Campus Store at 940-898-3103.

  • Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm

How do students order scrubs?

Students can order scrubs online and may have them shipped or may select customer pickup. If customer pickup is selected, when the order arrives, call the store at 940-898-3101 between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday, and arrange for pickup at SUHH 2nd floor, east entrance.


How do I order regalia for graduation?

For graduation regalia, order directly through Herff Jones.

Can I order honor stoles for graduation?

Stoles will be unavailable until the Campus Store can set up a pop-up shop in April.

Can I order honor cords for graduation?

Honor cords are not sold at the Bookstore, nor are they provided to students who are presented with the Latin honors of cum laude, manga cum laude, or summa cum laude, although this designation is shown in the program. Only students completing the requirements for TWU's two honors programs, the Honors Scholar Program and the Touchstone Honors Program, should contact the Office of Honors Programs for cords.
