With his background in strategic information systems and global technology, Texas Woman’s School of Management professor Mahesh S. Raisinghani, Ph.D., is no stranger to the importance of privacy and trust in e-commerce. This expertise has earned Raisinghani a Fulbright specialist grant to lead a Digital Trust Index project in Malaysia in December 2016.
Crews moderates North Texas Human Resource Panel
Associate professor Dr. Derek Crews served as moderator at the recent North Texas Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) "Diversity Panel" discussion; which included Michelle Prudhomme-Coleman, TWU MBA Alumna and Associate Director of the TWU Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Outreach, Nicolas Paul, Director of Operations, Kairos Services, Inc. and Debjani Biswas, Change Agent, and author of Unleash the Power of Diversity.
The panel discussion focused on the challenges and opportunities of diversity and inclusion in the North Texas region, where organizations operate in a rapidly diversifying environment. "The implications for HR are immense, due to recruitment selection, talent development, benefits and organizational culture." stated Dr. Crews, who also serves as North Texas SHRM's Vice-president for programs.
