Account Maintenance
Thank you for everything you do to promote the Texas Woman’s brand across social media platforms. As you know, social media content creation, engagement and monitoring is an ongoing activity. Please know that the university’s social media manager is available to help. Do not hesitate to reach out if need a social media refresher course, want to work on social strategy or have questions. Additionally, we have a number of resources to help the university’s social media content creators.
To gain access to our digital resources folders, to sign up for a monthly workshop, to arrange a one-on-one meeting or for help promoting something in your area, email socialmedia@twu.edu.
Monthly workshops, digital support and individual help
We recognize that many of you have job responsibilities beyond social media. We have resources — such as graphic design templates, Instagram story highlight icons, TWU stock photography, etc. — to help you do your job.
We also offer trainings/mini-seminars on analytics, branding, photography/videography, graphic design and other topics to help the university’s social media content creators. If possible, please bring the device you monitor with to this training. Sessions are available for beginners and advanced practitioners. RSVP is not required but helpful for the organizer.
Need a crash-course in how to run a page? Need more specific help for your area beyond the monthly workshops? Have an event coming up for students? Need help “spreading the word” about an upcoming informational session or career fair? Want to start advertising? TWU’s social media is willing to help when possible. Note that running the university’s main accounts will take top priority; however, we will help you when we are able/as our schedule allows. Advanced notice is appreciated.
