Cost of Orientation

• The $35 Transfer Student orientation fee covers the cost of meals, advising, orientation parking, and materials.
• The guest fee for Transfer Orientation is $25/guest. This fee covers meals, orientation parking, and program materials for your family members.
• All fees charged at the time of orientation check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be requested in writing two weeks prior to the date of orientation to the Center for Student Development in order to receive a refund totaling the amount you paid less a $10.00 administrative charge. Any requests received within two weeks of the date of orientation or after the orientation program has begun will not receive a refund. Please note that if you wish to simply change your date, email TWU Orientation.
