Digital Days summer camp enters 4th year
April 8, 2022 — DENTON — The popular STEM-based summer camp Digital Days offered by the Department of Literacy and Learning enters its fourth year. This year's camp takes place June 27-July 1 for the first 20 children, ages 5-8, registered.
Faculty and master-level students in the Early Childhood Education program will merge Brain-Based Learning coursework with STEM applications throughout the camp.
The camp will be held 9:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. via Zoom to teach and play using makerspace creations, tinkering with recyclables, unplugged coding activities, and a scavenger hunt.
