Diversity training is an important step in achieving an inclusive work community. Training helps employees become more aware of unconscious bias and other barriers to diversity and inclusion, and motivates positive behaviors and attitudes that are essential for creating and maintaining a respectful, and inclusive workplace.
This Ethical Snapshot addresses the problems of injustices and inequalities against racial groups and the roots of these injustices and inequalities. It addresses how individuals, no matter their identity, can take steps to recognize the problem, educate oneself regarding it and take actions to make a difference.
