Events and Meetings

On-campus meetings

All in-person meetings or events now require advanced VP approval, regardless of the size of the group. The only exception are courses approved by Academic Affairs.

Faculty are encouraged to have virtual office hours to reduce face-to-face meetings.

To request VP approval of a face-to-face meeting, please complete the In-Person Meeting Request Form (see button below).

This form should be submitted 14-21 days in advance of the meeting for review, approval and scheduling of space.
